Our company has been powder coating for 5 years. The process of powder coating is growing rapidly due to it's being environmentally friendly and having very durable finishes. It is up to 10 times more durable than ordinary paint.

What Powder Coating Is:
The most common way of applying the powder coating to metal objects is to spray the powder using an electrostatic gun. The gun imparts a positive electric charge on the powder, which is then sprayed towards the object, which is grounded. The object is then heated in an oven, and the powder melts into a uniform film, and is then cooled to form a hard long lasting durable coating.
